February 8th - New Director's Statement for 'My Pretty Pony' dollar baby film (based on a short story by Stephen King). Set for it's 8th screening in Seville, Spain next month.

In my opinion, most of Mr. King's works indeed have elements of fear and horror and are brilliantly conceived, such as my favorite works, IT & Misery ... what separates 'My Pretty Pony' is that the fear is more real, yet more silent.

The ultimate fear in all of us, still unearthed (I believe) - is of aging and dying. This story does not require tricks or scares, it requires a philosophical outlook. I urge you to ask yourself the questions; in what process does time move in my life & does it seem to differ in tempo as I grow older.

Enjoy the brilliant performance of Paul Marin as the simple yet wisely introspective grandfather, sharing his wisdom with you .. the audience.

January 22nd - for artistic inspiration, attended Celine Dion's live show at Casesar's Palace. Also this month, saw Andrei Danilko's Theatre (character, Verka Serduchka) and Kathleen Turner at the Geffen Playhouse.
